Which cities is Rylod Parcel available in?
Rylod is launching first in Bangalore, starting with select areas and expanding across the city. When you book, the app shows whether your pickup and drop are serviceable.
How much does parcel delivery cost?
Fares depend on distance and the vehicle you choose. Rangers set their own fair fares within Rylod's limits, and you always see the price before you book. As a guide, a bike parcel in Bangalore starts around ₹50 for the first 2 km, then ₹10 per km.
Who pays — the sender or the recipient?
You choose at booking. Payment can be from the sender or the recipient on delivery, in cash.
How is my parcel handed over safely?
Deliveries use a one-time OTP that the recipient shares with the Ranger, and every delivery is confirmed with a proof-of-delivery photo.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Track the Ranger live on a map and share a public tracking link with the recipient — no app needed to view it.
What can I not send?
