Which cities is Rylod Parcel available in?
Rylod is live in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. That includes Bengaluru, Mysuru and Raichur in Karnataka, and Chennai, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi and Hosur in Tamil Nadu. Some areas are covered first and we add more as we go. Parcels go by e-bike or cycle in both states, and by bike or scooter in Karnataka. When you book, the app tells you if we cover your pickup and drop.
How much does parcel delivery cost?
Fares depend on distance and the vehicle you choose. Rangers set their own fair fares within Rylod's limits, and you always see the price before you book. As a guide, a bike parcel starts at ₹46 for the first 2 km, then ₹8 per km.
Who pays, the sender or the receiver?
You choose at booking. Payment can be from the sender or the recipient on delivery, in cash.
How is my parcel handed over safely?
Deliveries use a one-time OTP that the recipient shares with the Ranger, and every delivery is confirmed with a proof-of-delivery photo.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You can follow the Ranger live on a map and send the tracking link to the receiver. They can open it without the app.
What can I not send?
Illegal, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items are not allowed, and you are responsible for the contents you send. See our Terms for details.
